if you're casting a jutsu and someone cancels it. you still have the casting bar/animation even tho it will no longer cast. this is a new bug from this week and hope it can be fixed fast since it makes pvp slower paced and is a HUGE bug

^ it doesnt let you cast while the previous (cancelled) jutsu is casting and if the jutsu is slow cast, you get stuck in the slow animation until it finishes casting

its even worse with jutsus that slow u, cause u get cancelled but ur still slow walking
