Make a seperate role for game votes pings and non game votes pings

I wouldn’t want to miss a game related vote if there were to be one released, but I honestly don’t want a notification every time there’s some random qotd in the votes chat, so just a small quality of life separation between the two would be neat. Not a big deal but still would be nice not to get my hopes up for something interesting only to see “which waifu would you crack” 💔
