In order to beat the Cults you have to Kill all demons if under the Cult.
Humans other than that in these cults like Samurai you may have to kill if they attempt to Bound/Kill the player.

Miyuna - The Serpentine (Canon Demon)
Miyuna is a demon worshipped of the Iguro clan descent.
The Iguro clan is a simple household of Female warriors, each Male born into the Clan are killed off by Miyuna. They live in mountains, yet under the household is Miyuna, a serpent Demon which orders the Female warriors to bring more Woman for her to Hypnotize, each woman she Hypnotizes = the more Males that get captured during the night.
Douma Upper Moon 2 (Canon Demon)
Douma is a very powerful demon believed to be a Buddha that Cleanses of darkness. Worshipped by the Eternal Paradise Faith. This cult has Thousands of followers, and minor demons.
His cult and him with more people live in a populated area. He sits at the very end of the Town, secretly Devouring his Worshippers among it.
Raiden Thunder Deity of The West (Non-canon)
Living in the fields of Kyoto, Raiden is the 2nd most powerful demon in cults
Being worshipped in a cave with demon Goons following and giving him thousands of Humans, he provides them with “power” which is just a piece of flesh he gives to the demons, giving them a portion of his own power.
