Delete asakusa portals from Akiyama and Hokkaido

Most of the newbies end in asakusa by entering in one of those two portals.
Not all, but a lot of players are done helping them getting out of there and they just get frusted and dont want to play more because thet can't progress.
So, pls delete them or add a level minimun to enter.
