Right now, when you die in a match you get sent straight back to the lobby. I think it would be better if players could stay and spectate the rest of the match instead. It would make the experience more fun, help players learn by watching others, and keep people engaged until the next round. Maybe make it an option to either spectate or return to the lobby?
