This BDA is purely based on a character from a different Anime
This BDA has stunning abilities, and is electrical
And it also has a weapon of its own, a Nyoi Staff
PASSIVE
With each M1 of the user emits a bit of electricity which slightly increases the dmg
This BDA is also for Hinokami

1ST MOVE - THUNDER STRIKE
the user jumps up and crashes down creating a Lightning Strike. this move is a block breaker with IFrames and stuns enemy player for a few seconds

2ND MOVE - NYOI IMPALE
The user throws their staff to an enemy player, and impaled their Staff into Enemy player ,creating a shock move that leaves the enemy player stunned, this move is an executor and can be blocked

3RD MOVE - ELECTRICAL DISCHARGE
This move is a get out of jail free card, stunning the enemy player and giving the chance to fight

4TH MOVE - FORCEFUL BOLT
the extends his hand out and shoots a Focused Electrical Charge to an enemy player, which shocks them, this move has IFrames

5TH MOVE - QUANTUM TUNNEL
User shoots a ray of lightning that is very powerful , this move cannot be blocked and has no Iframes
