Ripost Mechanic

Ok so in my opinion there should be a Repost. . .Ripost? mechanic. idk the spellings,
anyways
Ripost:If you landed a heavy attack and the person hit a wall immediatly after they get stunned for around 2-3 seconds giving you a while to press a button that plays a small cutscene [ i hope we can have a civil convo about this]

and what would this do

allow people to infinitely combo as long as there’s a nearby wall

or alternatively watch a cutscene that leads to an outcome which is unfortunately not stated here (it’s up to our imagination)

and a riposte is closer to a counterattack than whatever you suggested

would make sense as free damage in addition to a stun, like a counter skill

Im thinking the end of the attack could end with you knocking your enmey FAR away

So that counters the inf combo but yeah, your right

imo a better solution would be to give the victim iframes so he has a chance to escape

and anyway this isn’t what a riposte is
