During fights, introduce sm sort of a limb damage system for both slayers and demons. Slayers who lose an arm temporarily can’t use specific attacks. Demons could regenerate lost limbs but lose stamina for every regeneration attempt.also Losing certain body parts forces players to adapt mid-battle for survival

This is too much, losing limbs should just be something that can happen to your model after you are dead for a cool execution

a light injury system wouldnt recieve and objection from me an example of this is you get hit by a few big moves then maybe you break bones hindering your movement or slowing your m1's rare chances of being concussed or blind if any moves may send you flying and then you could further extend on this by adding some counterplay with breathing for slayers as seen when tanjiro ignores his broken bones by using his breathing but any RNG injury system will hurt the pvp viability of the game even if its minor imagine your in ranked or doing pvp bouts and you just get hit with a move and they get a lucky bone break or injury on you and now your cooked
