add a new channel for featured suggestions

get helpers or staff to look through all suggestions and pick out the valid ones to put in featured suggestions

same staff can be tasked with dealing with the ignorant people

so good suggestions wont be drowned out by an ocean of bad ones

people wont be deprived of the ability to post suggestions

and theres the option of not looking at bad suggestions

Tbh I hate the servers that have the featured suggestions, it just turns into half the suggestions the devs should see being missed

A bad suggestion should still be skimmed at least for ideas to avoid

Rather than just voiding them
