Havent the game creaters already said no to this? like thats just gonna make fighting unfair-
Slayer marks will be purely cosmetic if added as they are bad for balancing

also the game is not a ds game, it is inspired by ds so has ds aspects
it does not have to have slayer marks if the devs do not want to add them
and slayer marks would just turn into how vizard/letz and such make type soul into more mode-based pvp
demons would have no logical equivalent to slayer mark either so it puts slayers either at a disadvantage until they use mark or at an advantage due to having mark
they are not good for balancing
and hence will be purely cosmetic
Also they would have to add something for demons that’s on par with slayer mark to balance it out
which like I said, starts pushing towards mode based combat
brother its literally just a buff in stats with limited time
Just put a system that makes it activate when you have 20 hp or something like that
20 hp its literally 3 hits ko
demons are naturally stronger than humans, they dont need a buff in low HP
brother they literally have powers while humans have just an katana and some dreams
demons have faster regen and they dont need to breathe, they are already broken
a low hp buff for demons is NOT necessary
RPG 2 was balanced because there where no mode based combat and that’s what the devs are going for
dude its just an last resource
the game isn't lore accurate, demons and slayers will be equal
that is the entire purpose of a pvp focused game, balanced combat
everything is meant to be viable
slayer marks would be considered an advantage
you know that the player would still be 3 hits KO right?

there is a lot more to balancing than just how many hits it takes to kill the person
