My Idea for the new coming HINOKAMI game is to add creatable forms. As you may know, Kokoshibo made his on style of breathing, while others made forms. For instance, Muichiro creating a 7th form, or Tomioka making an 11th form. You should make it so you can name a style/form, and make it look like another. For instance, you can name it whatever, then select which form it can look like, while being able to add effects like particles, bursts, or even splash effects for water and mist. I would love this idea as it adda a whole new meaning to creativity, and if you want it can be for high level users only or low users aswell.

omg, is a good idea, but is very hard and is a lot of work too

adding the ability to make your own moves that function in different ways than the set ones can cause tons of issues for pvp
as you expect to know your opponent's available kit, and if we add crap like this, that is pretty much impossible
