One of my biggest problems with my favorite demon slayer game, demonfall, is how slow the game feels. You have to grind a lot on prestige 0 and most players quit then. Thats why I think that the game should feature a big story campaign that's a retelling of the main story of demon slayer (Like in demon slayer legacy) except make a lot of ways to get exp. easily as you progress so that boring grinding is eliminated.

They already confirmed a story
OP has a point
devs should not only add an incentive to grinding the game besides levelling up, but should also make the process of grinding as fun as possible
Yeah pacings a big issue on roblox
Not really, people go on rpg games and get upset that they are grindy, when that is how rpg games are as a genre
They are too spoiled by short form content, be it games or videos, that they want everything to take 30 minutes at most to be finished
They can't sit down and actually play a game, they want to be handheld to the finish line in as little time as physically possible
I get that completely
I have a complete obsession with xenoblade
Getting things like kos-mos in xc2 and my current gem grind on xc3
I get grinding is huge in rpgs
My all time favorite game is a game called Neverwinter, grindy as all hell, daily, weekly, monthly quests needed for end-game progression, farming dungeons for hours to get one drop, that is how rpgs go
And people get upset over a 1 day to get max level game on roblox
Saying "it's a bandit beater" when that is what rpgs are
But i still feel like roblox games put tedium just to boost player count
And thats where the issue is
If our game has lengthy stuff, that is because it is necessary for it to be the quality product we want to release
If you have to farm enemies a bit, deal with it, it's an rpg game

I dont think we're on opposing sides here
I get grind my only gripe is just roblox having needless grind just to boost their player count
I know, I'm saying overall, not directed at you
Gotcha
I do think the term bandit beater has lost its meaning though
When i think of a bandit beater i think of glorified m1 simulator where every quest and enemy is an almost carbon copy of eachother
And barely qualifies as a game
Like
people call basically anything pve and grindy a bandit beater
Yk, bloxfruits
Pretty much, yeah
I dont agree with pve based games all being called bandit beaters
