demon slayer mark debuff

Every single demon slayer mark suggestion suggests that it should be OP and some people are even asking to be BORN with it.

So I was thinking that there should be ages (max 30).

But most people might be thinking I'll die every time I log in when I become 25 but I just want a debuff that may be a bit controversial.

I want to make the demon slayer mark kill you 10 minutes after pop but the demon slayer mark should pop off as soon as you are out of combat (but you still die) btw this debuff works on people above the age of 25.

But if you are born with the demon slayer mark 4% this effect will not work.

I'm genuinely really curious, why would it kill you? If this is something that spoils the show or etc lmk, I just got to hashira training arc ep 1, but like, so far it doesn't seem to exert you nearly enough to cause death.
