In combat, getting low enough would tear clothes, like 50% would cause small tears at the skin, but 29% would see giant wounds, but as soon as they die or are out of combat the wounds would disappear, and the hp needed to be wounded would be customizable by 10%, so it adds tensions to fights, but doesnt make you have to wait to heal. And if you dont get hp from healing your enemy, youd keep the wounds until ur hp is better

That's kind of a normal thing in games. Even games like monster hunter with no health bar show when you're low. It's natural if you're not gonna have a health bar system to have some way of showing it.
Plus if you can bait them into being agressive then you can take advantage, play good defense and you can push back, make sure they don't get greedy.

Yup so you take advantage of it. Take dark souls for example, you're low? Bait people into running and parry them, riposte them, now they might be low and you can take advantage of their panic.
It will probably have gone different if your opponent didn't know your low
The closer we get to knowing the gameplay loop, the more you can come up with strategies to take advantage if they get greedy or overconfident when they think they're about to win.
What if the person fights with brains your done only works on kids
Yeah they may have not changed their playstyle, which just simply gives you 1 playstyle to adapt to, and they're less likely to mess up, or get greedy. In reality, it kinda puts them at a disadvantage if they're the right kind of person when they know you're low, it sends a rush to most that says "Alright just a few more hits", they may throw things out unexpectedly, etc, you can take advantage of that.
You'd be surprised, if you've ever played dark souls or any other from software game with pvp, as well as most other pvp games, you'd be surprised how many people will get that dopamine rush and get overconfident as soon as you get low.
My point is, if they fight with brains, great! Adapt and overcome, if they don't? Great, adapt and overcome. You can find ways to get by no matter the situation, and adding a cool li'l cosmetic effect that is present in 99% of pvp games that don't use healthbars or other mechanics, isn't gonna change that.

Yeah sadly ganking sucks, and they have no plans that I've seen to do any pvp protection or other things besides maybe a level limit so. Unless they decide to make duel parameters or something to prevent ganking, that's not gonna change if they add a cool li'l cosmetic, you'll still get ganked and you'll still die no matter what. That's for the devs to think about and hopefully solve.
This suggestion will be good for boss fights but outside that it will just be a disadvantage
I disagree, but I think we can come to an agreement. We don't agree on all fronts, but I definitely agree for boss fights this'd make some cool ass edits and etc. I believe it works in pvp too and doesn't provide a disadvantage, you believe otherwise, that's fine. We'll see if anything changes or if devs or others stop by to drop other points, may end up changing our views, we'll see.
