Why stop there? Make it so I have to sleep for 8 real life hours every in game night, and make it so if I die, I die in real life too!

Then while we're adding all these cool features, we should make it so after a certain number of years, the game should be unplayable by certain people, because their characters died. And also make it so I can catch a cold if I don't dress up for the harsh weather!

Also we should definitely make sure if somebody falls a certain distance, they break their legs and have to be carried by a hashira back to the hospital, then we only have a % success rate on our surgery, and if we fail, we're no longer allowed to move because we're now paralyzed from the waist down.

I hope all these things get added, and more cool things too!

I just thought of another small one, our eyesight gets worse if we strain them by not wearing the protective eye-ware. If you aren't careful, you'll be playing hinokami blind!
