Would take a lot of time to even come up with non cannon breathing moves that actually make sense

For example, ice breathing cant freeze someone

because its all vfx that shows it is a different fighting style

So how would the moves be for them?

Serpent and stone makes no sense

Serpent has a special sword, which is used to hit enemies at weird angles

while stone breathing uses an axe and flail, which hits hard.
