...?
like a map as in a 2d one
tbf it is difficult to make on roblox lol
a good one that is
Thank you
but still pretty difficult in general
If it's difficult make it so you unlock the parts as you progress kinda like Elden ring
Grace from Elden ring
nah thats not the point
on roblox you'd probably have to take a bunch of overhead screenshots
then like stitch them together
Essentially your lazy
if you want like a marker you'd have to do math to get to coordinates of the player from the world onto the player
???
uncalled for
but if we got time for it we can try it
Mb bruh
3.risr5 You’ve Reached Level 1
Thanks for looking at the suggestions
It's basically like taking a 2D image and kind of trying to convert coordinates onto it yk
so its a bit of math
Oh ok
which is why I say its hard
the screenshot parts are ez yeah
but if you wanna add good features like
getting the position of the player and zooming it
the image gets blurry so you might need more images...
Dang
i tihnk the best map ive seen on roblox is arcane odyssey
but i think it works for them since they have islands
ours is just a giant chunk o land
Alright
its one of those things that kinda seem simple but has a bunch of technical stuff hidden in it since roblox isn't that great of a engine
That's why project slayers and demon fall ain't have them
ye, there's plugins to help with it but it doesnt work live in game https://devforum.roblox.com/t/minimap-creation-technique-and-plugin/131806
Notice: I fixed the error that would not allow the active box to be checked. It should be fixed now. Hi guys, I don’t think anybody’s ever discovered my method for getting minimaps for games quickly, so I figured I’d go ahead and publish a tutorial on it. The way it works is that, when the camera’s FOV is 1, it’s pretty much orthographic. So...
it still does not do the cool features like map markers and stuff
which is that hard part i mentioned
