cuz passives and all that might throw people off. unless there PVE only, I also wanted to know about the whole health and damage system, will it be the same as rpg2? scaled off of lvl?

Factions can also decide to just get rid of stuff if they want to as well

wdym by get rid of passives? like you can disable and enable them or?
