I first want to say that I'm not suggesting making this the blanket thing, maybe tied to a gamemode or something because of how it changes the dynamics of combat, but here we go:
So when you hit someone, they're stunned for just long enough that you can make a full barrage without expecting to be interrupted by a counterattack, and they're forced to stand there and take it. This is how pretty much everyone does it, so I can see why it'd be here. But in my opinion, it makes fights feel kind of clunky sometimes, and I'd prefer if hits only dealt damage and maybe knocked the opponent back. This knockback should not also place a cooldown on attacks. Thus, you always have to be ready to defend against a counterattack, or you'll be able to counter someone else, instead of having fights just be stun-lock, stunlock, stunlock...
