I suggest you hire writers for the game, this way you can have professionals write questlines/story lines and create Lore both fictional and factual about the game. The Lore team would work closely with all departments as it could distinguish the game by making it Lore related and give it the added effect to those who PVP, PVM and PVE it also gives content creators pathways to follow for series and videos. (Addition) This could lock certain things behind scenarios and questlines so that in order to progress and gain better things, it sorta directs players to do so, though with a twist it leaves the effect for hard-core gamers who challenge themselves to distinguish themselves eith basic equipment.
