Blocking already does not cover 360 degrees

Most, if not all, players play with shift lock. It is intended to play with shift lock. So dragging your mouse to track a projectile or attack will just make your character rotate. If your idea is implemented, in the case that an attack is not headed towards you (i.e. miss), you’d be able to block the attack anyway, which doesn’t make sense. If the attack is not going to miss, your cursor (which is always at the center of the screen) would already be on it.

You also suggested that perfectly timing a block should stun the opponent. This already exists.
