#Better ways of ranking up (Rpg3)

Tournaments in my opinion, are kinda shit if you don’t know how to get into one then you’re basically just stuck as Mizunoto, you should be able to rank up by doing 1v1’s, not specifically timed 1v1’s but as for slayer’s, they have to challenge an upper rank demon to a 1v1 and demon’s have to challenge slayer’s to a 1v1, now this can be timed but also it could just be two guys that bumped into each other, if it is just two guys bumping into each other (which it usually would be) then it could involve tracking upper ranks using a new tracking system or even chasing them down but either way, so its not a 4v1, they must get close enough to each other and then one of them must press b to start 1v1 or smth, anyhow once they do click b it will play a little cutscene where they’re basically sent into another dimension, then they’re in an arena in the middle of the abyss, then they battle it out there. If the demon wins after they kill the slayer they will play a cutscene where they wake up from a vision and muzan tells them that they ranked up, they will then rank up and for slayers its the same vision thing but they’ll wake up at demon slayer hq. To make it so people don’t farm this method, you can only kill one person then you can’t kill them again, so if you wanna climb the ranks you need to kill multiple different upper ranks/pillars

that about concludes my suggestion, any support or criticism will be looked over.

I wouldnt do tournaments i think using the 1v1 gamemode for example is a way better idea

#

I mean there is no real point in playing 1v1 rn

yeah but i feel like my system is more interactive, matchmaking is literally just a randomly selected and probably unfair 1v1, and nate directly told me that immersive and interactive gameplay is what they aim to do for dsrpg3

The way to level up is not bad, some examiners who were not objective was what ruined it.
