Since the game passes got revamped,to me they don’t look so good. Maybe if there are players who bought these passes beforehand because they looked nice,then after the revamp,it didn’t look so good to them.Maybe you could refund the passes to people like me who aren’t so happy with the revamps.

Refunding is strictly prohibited on Roblox. Refunding can only be achieved for a minute when the item is purchased. Additionally, the game dev cannot remove the gamepass from your inventory and therefore cannot refund you (you could get the refund and keep the item).
