imagine making a concept, you own full rights to it. some random dudes on roblox make a game off it and the popularity you gave it and they make some dogshit game and make 29384543534 from silly kids. you wouldnt be happy either

demon slayer really cant copy right your game because its an idea... demons, swords, etc its all an idea... but they can copyright designs if it comepletes the squint test

yes

you can freely make a ds game without trouble as long as your not using offical names looks or design

but if you're using breathings, characters, settings then its kinda leaning towards copyright
