You should really think that through before suggesting for it to be done, this is a very similar concept to hybrids. Movesets are made with multiple things in mind, one of them is how easy it is to link the moves together in order to create strings/combos. This is a very similar concept to hybrids, because of the meshing/use of 2 movesets at once. They aren't adding hybrids mainly because of balancing, and I just see this feature to be far too similar to them.
