Add like a different/replacement way to become a tester for RPG3. There's zero people in ranked and that's the only way to get tester right now.

a tester purpose isn't to give information to people who needs an explaination on how the game works a tester is there to test the game and see if there's game breaking bugs (also to improve the game by suggesting good things but i doubt there's tester-suggestions as it's not needed)
