one big problem in dsrpg2 was that it was mostly pvp content, which misses out on an entirely different playerbase of people that really like pve content, just please add good pve

You should definitely add more details when suggesting something like this. "Good" is subjective and doesn't always look the same in every conversation. Someone could say rpg 2's pve was good, and they wouldn't be wrong due to the nature of the word. Your suggestion may also be taken more seriously if you have things in mind you want implemented already.

Maybe aircombos or differen't types to end an m1? Maybe if you m2 at the end of an m1 a lil cutcene comes and does more dmg but you are able to Block that. So we have: An uppercut that leads to aircombo, an heavy slash that Deals more dmg but is blockable and maybe a ground slam that ragdolls the enemy and youself jump back, can't attack or use moves and run faster. jojo Also only adding more m1 won't help. Combat also needs to be more strict with it's Limits jk. Like did you ever see movestack in PS? Or a drift like flame first? I think you know what i mean. Also i would like to see stamina. So m1 and bda costs stamina (not breathing due there is alr breathing) and if you have 80-100% you m1 faster 80-20 is normal and anything under 20 you attack slower but it also doesn't cost so much stamina anymore (Stamina has no influence on Bda) Also demons get a ability called Stamina regen where you just regen stamina and can run and everything but not attack cuz yea, slayer also can't attack while they breathe. Also it has cooldown

I like pve content that is good and fun, but also has good replayability with it losing a minimal amount of enjoyability, this is a kind of feat I wish to achieve in my own game in the future, but thats getting off topic, here are some idea's for the game, mainly pve related stuff.

A kind of Random Encounter system would be nice.
Like randomly on the road there could be a small group of demon slayers patrolling or something, moving from one location to the next, or you could find one of Gyokko's pots, and getting close to that pot various things could happen depending on how the pot looks. Gyokko's pots should also look different from the ones the player would make with the bda.
Stuff like this could make things more interesting, this system could be combined with other things.

Another thing that would be nice is Realistic Fighting, this would basically make fighting npc's more realistic to the original source material (demon slayer)
Like in the demon slayer anime, one of the ways to become a Hashira is be ranked Kinoe and have a demon defeat count of FIFTY DEMONS, FIFTY?
In dsrpg2 50 demons is nothing, demons should be stronger and feel strong when you fight them, demons are really strong in the anime and almost always work alone, so demon slayers are significantly weaker, so if demons are stronger then slayers, the slayers could have a kind of Buddy System, where as a demon slayer you can buddy up with other demon slayers, like npc's or something, and form groups, like what Tanjiro, Zenitsu, and Inosuke did, and all 3 of them went on missions together as a group, this could be interesting

There could also be Special Events/Quests, where the map would change slightly, and different events would go down, like for example, the entertainment district and swordsmith village would both be examples of this
the usual example I give is enies lobby from single piece, like at first its just a normal island, then once Iuffy and his crew invade it they are chased and hunted down, with varies powerful enemys on the island and an army chasing them, then later once the buster call is initiated the island is bombarded by cannons and is lit on fire, and the straw hats have to escape the island while being hunted by warship, cannons, and the extremly powerful cp9

I also think quests should be interesting and unique, also they shouldn't feel repetitive
and boss's should be actually really strong and more of a big deal, and feel/look really strong when you fight them, instead of the usual "oh ima just farm this boss"

These are just a few ideas I thought of real quick, hope you get some value out of them.
Some kind of dungeon-like system could also be nice, while still trying to stick to anime/manga.
