Add an invisible proximity to crouch, like if the person is crouching behind your character the person is completely invisible but the more ur character turns towards the person they get more visible, and this but also with distance, the further they are while crouching they get less visible,

So like a sneak mechanic that actually works and maybe some trainings that makes it so you can see these people easier

Like sight training from kanao or like spacial awareness training from inosuke
