In episode like 3-5 it shows Tanjiro writing things to his sister so she can read it one day. There could be small safe houses. The safe houses could have a journal where it shows all of your Experiences. Such as "On 4/26/23 (Just using todays date) I slayed a uppermoon" The journal could also show when you first start your progression in game.
