make it so every time you go in the game and you are a slayer, you must gear up and do little mini games, such as flipping the katana to the right side, checking the sharpness of the blade. Dependant on how long you've been away from the game, the less sharp it is.
and ofc you have to sharpen / refine it.

They should make the blade face down just like the anime because the rengoku sword from rpg2 the red part suppose to be facing the bottom and the black pat suppose to be facing the top.
Samething with the flame suba that rengoku have on his sword the top part of the suba have to be facing with the same side with the blade. If you guys don't know what I'm talking about search up rengoku sword and you'll see what I'm talking about.

I think the idea is so you can just bend the arm and slide it in
Because when you bend your arm torwards the sheath, the blade would already be facing upwards

The blade faces up because it’s easier to sheath and unsheath. I special in katana and wakisashi at my karate dojo and when unsheathing the sword, you grab the hilt, twist the sword away from your body, and slice out.
Another thing that is slightly annoying is how the blade is sheathed.
