Will Virgil or Koku sword go back on sale in dsrpg3?

I’m confused if it will since what if new players start when dsrpg3 comes out, will either go back on sale for a bit so new players and others who didn’t get a chance to get it have another chance?

But Higo isn’t sure if he’ll make Kokushibo sword on sale again
