for gods sake aint nobody gonna expect, much less like, finding and joining a separate support server to ask “what’s the level requirement for water breathing second skill”
putting questions in the support channel makes it harder to find, and worse yet, the support server link is put in the same channel as the ban appeals, i.e. the last place a new member would check.
