Temari R needs a windup buff.

Temari R is slow, and it doesn't give you Invincibility Frames, which can be easily abused by players.
Since the move has a slow windup, and it doesn't give you invincibility frames, people can easily abuse this to get you stuck in an infinite combo, also cancelling the move.
I know, I know, the move does huge damage but it's easy to avoid. Give it a windup buff, but nerf its damage.
And also, keep the CD so it's not spammy.
