noticing how everyone is using "skill issue" to prevent unbalance shits from being nerfed? Thunder E is low on CD(Dunno where yall got the "high" cd from) and a guardbreaking move. It is controllable allowing you to hit anyone inside the range. Since most servers in this game is laggy asf avoiding thunder E by jumping would be impossible because of the delay, and the fact that it could reach me while im in mid air.
