maybe xp and yen rewards in ranked? it would be through milestones though, everytime someone hits 10 wins on the leaderboard, they would get 10k xp.

just grind gamemodes demons vs slayers , this also improves your pvp skills (i went from level 130 to 300 in less than 2 weeks) also do sabito quest its daily 5k exp
