@jolly shadow I used Krita. And yes. It’s free. There are a lot of tools to use so it’s confusing at first, but once you get the feel of things, the drawing process is sped up very quickly.

As for the second drawing, I used Medibang.

It’s free as well. I find it easier to draw on Krita since I’ve had it longer than Medibang but overall, Medibang is the better drawing platform in my opinion.
