Hi team. Two days ago I have encounted strange bug during my run with Julliet (but I don't know it can also encounter on other characters). So after finishing chapter 1 I had one epic item that reduce POWER cooldown and also that legendary item with the same effect (forget name). When I've started Chapter 2 it seems like both items stopped working and my POWER cooldown reverted to base value. It last approximately 2 minutes of ingame time, and then after two encounters it started working again properly.
