Can you help me with the following error that a user is getting?
It only happens on my server. I've tried logging in from Bedrock and it works. Some personas ara having this issue. Java server version 1.21.11
Problem: The client is having trouble connecting to Minecraft multiplayer services

If you are able to get it working, its not the server, its an issue local to the users having an issue.
If they connect from console, consoles need to fake the serverlist. Theres several methods of doing that, the users have to make sure their method is updated aswell. and if its still not working they have several methods to choose from in the following wiki article:
