Found errors in the image!
Unable to connect to world

This means that the Bedrock client cannot find the server specified.
If you have not already, follow our setup instructions. Then, check the server console for any errors.
To verify Bedrock clients can connect, you can try running the geyser connectiontest <ip> <port> command with your server IP and Geyser port.

Additionally, there are various fixes for this on our wiki, please see here.

If I could get the dump it could help me get the config and figure if you connected to the wrong port or not

Found errors in the log!

See below for details and possible fixes

Please connect through the official Geyser

This error is caused by a Floodgate key.pem mismatch, most likely between your proxy and your backend servers.
Make sure that the key.pem file in every Floodgate config folder is the same file.
If this still doesn't work and you're using an FTP client, try using the WinSCP client.

#

u mean this 2 yml?

spring stone
#

Well follow what geyser said and I’ll look at it now

#

Also I ment for you to do geyser dump on server console

#

Also did you use the port 18138 when joining since that’s what it says you need

abstract glacier
#

Yes

#

I use 18138

#

My bedrock name java name is same

#

so I can't connect then I try other account that show Your version is not supported

spring stone
#

Well according to this

#

player-link:
enabled: true
require-link: true
enable-own-linking: false
enable-global-linking: true

#

You have it enabled to require player link

#

Just turn that off in the config

spring stone
#

!!dump

abstract glacier
#

ok i try

#

player-link:
enabled: true
require-link: true
enable-own-linking: false
enable-global-linking: true

is already but still show Your version is not supported

spring stone
#

Well from what your saying you fail to login then it happens?

#

I still am confused

spring stone
#

It would be this if so

#

player-link:
enabled: true
require-link: false
enable-own-linking: false
enable-global-linking: true

#

Though I don’t know if having global linking would break it or not

abstract glacier
#

Show "Your version is n ot supported" and no errors are displayed in the backend.

#

require-link: false now

spring stone
#

Does it not need you to connect Java anymore

abstract glacier
#

?

#

I want JAVA and BEDROCK can connect

spring stone
#

I know but from what it looked like you needed to link Java to bedrock to join

#

As bedrock

abstract glacier
#

connect to same account?

spring stone
#

Yea that well I gtg to school so I’ll look at it when I’m back

abstract glacier
#

how to connect to same account?

#

cuz my JAVA and BEDROCK is same M$ acc now

#

OMG

#

wait

#

Currently, under the same account, you must first enter the Java version before accessing Bedrock.

#

I don't know, because my Java server has crashed now, leaving only the Bedrock Edition. It works again after restarting.

#

I'm confused now QQ

#

player-link:

Whether to enable the linking system. Turning this off will prevent

players from using the linking feature even if they are already linked.

enabled: true

mean Player must JAVA and Bedrock use a same acc right?

#

Whether to require a linked account in order to be able to join the server.

require-link: false

mean they need login Xbox game right?

#

still can't QQ
still show Your version is not supported

#

player-link:
enabled: false
require-link: false
enable-own-linking: false
allowed: true
enable-global-linking: true
now

#

Did I leave something set?

The floodgate config is good too but not necessary as long as you link correctly

#

I still don’t know if your on offline mode or don’t have floodgate setup right or anything as of now

spring stone
#

Since floodgate I feel like dosent do that

Probably best to open your own thread instead of hijacking someone else's, don't you think?
