I have a problem. I have a java server in which java player can easily join but bedrock and MCPE player cannot join the server I type cmd /geyser connectiontest and it show some error

Yes, floodgate install by default. I am opening an exaroton server and downloaded it from there. An update is that for one of the bedrock players it either says unable to connect, as mentioned previously, or just doesn’t let him join claiming error U-000. Don’t know if that changed anything. I have gone through the files and tested it both with and without the ports being the same, not sure if I need to change anything else as I have already followed the instructions for setup for exaroton servers on the Geyser setup page. Any help would be appreciated
