Sometimes the player is treated as a Java player instead of a Bedrock player

I have this issue where few players are logged in as a Java player in spite of them being a Bedrock player (PE).
The player has different inventories and everything. I am running the latest of Geyser and Floodgate

Thats caused by offline mode, only known fix is to enable online mode
