Me and my friend have been trying to use GeyserMC to self host a hybrid server, but are unable to connect to the bedrock server.
In the past, I have also tried self hosting a Vanilla Bedrock server to no avail.

otherwise I was using a base paper server

for java I was using my public ip then port forwarding yo 25565
and I tried the same but using 19132 for bedrock

in the geyser config i have it set to 19132

you have clone-remote-port on, which sets the port to the java servers port and ignore the port option above

Go to https://playit.gg
Download the plugin into your server

And setup a Minecraft bedrock tunnel
Then scroll down on the tunnel and you will see a IP section with a port
Use that
