#End of stream connectivity issues

I am currently having issues with bedrock players connecting. I was previously not having any issues related with bedrock players as they were able to join and leave whenever. However, lately no bedrock player can join and even after reinstalling the entire server with a fresh install of geyser, floodgate, and viaversions. Bedrock users still cannot join. I wouldve assumed it is because of the hosting service I am using (Ultraservers) however, it was working previously with them until the start of the new year. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!

seeing as there's no actions in this I will further stipulate that I have tried reducing it down to just the plugins themselves and even then they crash. I have tried disabling use-direct-connection and enabling disable-compression. that allowed my user to join temporarily however after one would leave it would no longer allow any other users of bedrock to join
