Cant join geyser linking server on bedrock

I am trying to link my bedrock, but every time I try it says that it can't be found and can't even join, and when I try to join the server I want to enter it doesn't let me and says unable to connect while all my friends can. And I can join other servers just fine.

cant even join the linking world and I am so confused

is it cause I am on iphone and ipad?

I finally got a ping on the server for linking but wont let me join it

or is it my region?

I have fiber internet
