Pls can you support minecraft till 1.20.3 becuase I need it and with this players with jailbroken ps4s can play on server with other people from versions above and from java and bedrock

Already said that Geyser wont support older versions, No plans to support older bedrock versions and from what I know 1.20.80 support might be dropped soon.
So you wont be able to join Geyser servers on your jailbroken PS4, your only option is to use bedrock on another device
