It's a server running on a VM. But don't ask me any specifics since it's not hosted by me directly xD

That error cant be from the same server as the dump

likely someone else is using port 19132 on the IP

As far as i know we only run Java servers from there... So i am unsure what the actual issue is. I'll see what i can still do
