I can't connect to bedrock

i try to open the server in a rdp in azure mounted in united states in version 1.20.4 and the server works for java, but i still can't get the connection for bedrock, i tried to install geyser and floodgate more than 3 times and still nothing to find the error, i use spigot but i also tried with paper and it didn't work, the same thing happened in athernos when i tested to see if the problem was the rdp in azure.

I found the error for vps and rdp servers like azure or cloude oracle, the solution is to create inbound rules for the port protocolor for both rdp and udp and the same on the firewall on the machine.
