Dear OGame Support Team,

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a bug that occurred during a battle in the Aries Spain universe on Monday, October 13, 2025, at 9:05:00 AM. The attackers were xidor_com_pra_duty, ElBrujo, Cuesco Returns, Xaciuvil, and Jack the Ripper, against the player remax.

The problem arose when our fleets were blocked on the defender's moon, preventing the battle from taking place properly. This technical error caused the battle to fail, leaving the attackers in an anomalous situation, with our fleets trapped and unable to perform any actions.

We request that the battle and server logs for that time be reviewed and the bug, which affected the normal game play, be investigated. We also ask that any losses caused by this error be reversed or compensated, as it was not due to player action but rather a system failure.

We appreciate your attention in advance and look forward to a prompt response from the technical team.
