After my testing, I confirm this issue happens on Chrome 131.0.6778.264 running on Linux (getting the return status code 403).
Firefox 133.0.3 (64-bit) does not get this issue, though.

I think there is something wrong on the authenticate using certain browser, so I think there is no hope of changing password

Use another network. IP-Ban has the same error-message
