I know many have tryed yet many have failed in getting answers to their matter or to speed some things up that require faster time to respond w/o waiting for days or weeks. Yes, sometimes it takes even a week+ for some matter to be answered. Tho what is the point of having discord/board where team members aren't communicating with community on regular but just ignore base. Someone should take responsibility, Step UP and clear things out directly. Point at matter and then solve it via tickets the legal way. This would help players with their bugged accs, some other matter, etc etc. Instead they tag, send pm.s, here and there and yet 0 response. Are the team members here to help or just tp show up for numbers stats on discord.. Do something about it. Thanks
